Cedar Haven Craftworks Instructor Class Proposal Form

Mission

Cedar Haven Craftworks is dedicated to education, cultural enrichment, and personal refinement and wellness through common and fine arts.

Fee Structure

Craftworks handles class sign-ups and payments, distributing 70% of class fees to the instructor and retaining 30% to cover administrative and facility overhead. If the 30% portion is less than $25, a flat $25 fee per class will apply instead.

Marketing

While Craftworks will list the class on its public calendar, the instructor must actively promote the class to their own network. Meeting a two-student minimum is a collaborative effort.

Location

All classes will be on our campus at 3401 Hemmeter Rd, Saginaw, Michigan. Depending on the size and type of class, you will be assigned to the art studio, craftworks cottage, or main hall. Tables, chairs, light refreshments, and basic supplies (copy paper, scissors, pencils, etc.) are included.

The art studio & craftworks cottage comfortably fit 8-12 students. The main hall can fit more, depending on the activity. We will cap the class size based on your teaching preference.
